●2 types of appetizers

1. Seared duck and ripe tomatoes with Tosa vinegar jelly.

Seared duck and ripe tomatoes are finished with a refreshing Tosa vinegar jelly.

2. Deep-fried Matsuyama long eggplant and Shinoda rolls in broth

We fried seasonal Matsuyama long eggplants and Shinoda rolls, then marinated them in our homemade broth.

● Sashimi

A luxurious 5-piece platter featuring fresh fish delivered directly from the Ehime Prefecture Fish Market.

(We will be using fresh fish delivered directly from the Matsuyama Fish Market in Ehime Prefecture today.)

● Small hot pot dishes

Pork hot pot with golden broth

Simmered slowly in a special broth.

(The dish is seasoned with soy sauce from Kutsuna Brewing Company in Hojo, Matsuyama City, Ehime Prefecture, the chef's hometown.)

●Main dish

Homemade roast pork with homemade Kawachi Bankan citrus sauce and ponzu jelly.

Homemade curry croquettes
